Bill Bounty collects account information, submissions, contribution records, verification evidence, and support messages to operate hunts and protect against fraud. Payment data is handled by Stripe; Bill Bounty stores payment identifiers, metadata, status, and receipt links but not full card numbers.
Public sightings are published only after admin review and use approximate location information. Private evidence, contact details, admin notes, and payout information are not publicly exposed.
Production launch requires final privacy review, data retention policy approval, processor agreements, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
