Bill Bounty is not designed as gambling. There are no random drawings, paid entries, contributor-only eligibility, or chance-based prizes. The finder reward is based solely on verified physical possession of the published target bill.

No. No purchase or contribution is necessary to submit a claim or receive a finder reward after verification.

Your voluntary contribution supports the bounty for a specific hunt. It does not create an entry, improve eligibility, or affect verification.

Yes — Community Hunts let any registered user submit a hunt for a specific bill they own or want tracked. Each submission is reviewed by an admin before it goes live. You can set an optional personal reward, describe the bill, and share the serial number. Community hunts are fully separate from official Bill Bounty hunts; rewards offered in community hunts are personal arrangements between users. Bill Bounty does not guarantee, verify, or administer community hunt rewards.

The Note Registry is a public record of interesting bills submitted by the community — radar serials, repeaters, star notes, low serial numbers, and more. You can register any bill even without a hunt attached to it. Once registered, anyone who later encounters the same bill in circulation can log a sighting, building a public travel history for that note.

You submit the required evidence: full front photo, full back photo, serial close-up, one-time code shown next to the bill, and optional turnover video. Admins may ask for more information.

Multiple claims can be submitted, but only a verified possessor of the target bill can be approved. Duplicate claim detection and admin review are part of the process.

Admins review uploads, can request fresh one-time-code media, and can reject, flag, or suspend suspicious activity.

The hunt is locked after a verified claim is approved. Payout follows admin review and any required tax reporting by the finder.
